What this is

Valicen Ads Reporting is an internal integration that Valicen LLC uses to report on and manage its own Google Ads advertising. It reads performance data from, and makes reviewed changes to, Google Ads accounts that Valicen itself owns and pays for.

This is not a commercial product. It is not sold, licensed, or made available to clients or to the public, and it does not manage advertising for anyone other than Valicen LLC.

Valicen LLC is a cybersecurity-infused managed IT services provider based in Charlotte, North Carolina. Valicen advertises its own services on Google Ads and built this integration to handle its own reporting rather than assembling those reports by hand.

What it does

Retrieves performance data — spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, and search terms — from Valicen's own Google Ads account on a scheduled basis.
Compares spend against monthly budget targets and flags pacing problems.
Applies campaign status and budget changes that a person at Valicen has reviewed and confirmed. No change is made autonomously.
Writes the results into an internal dashboard and internal notifications used by Valicen staff.

Who can use it	Valicen LLC personnel only. There are no external users, no client accounts, and no third-party access.

How data is handled

Advertising data retrieved through this integration stays inside Valicen's own systems and is used only to manage Valicen's own advertising. None of it is sold, resold, shared with third parties, or used to deliver services to anyone else. The integration does not create Google Ads accounts, does not manage billing or payments, and does not invite or manage other users.
